What are the steps to become a coach or leader-coach?
The Leadership Pathway is a three module programme for leaders who want to enable extraordinary results. Participants include board members, senior executives, managers and people leaders generally.
Coach certification is for people who want to specialize in 1:1 leadership coaching and gain a qualification as a professional coach with the International Coaching Federation.
To certify in our feedback tool you must be a certified coach (ICF, AC, EMCC) or be an experienced coach who works with people leaders within organizations. Otherwise, you can train to use and certify in our Impact 360 tool through our Silver and Gold Performance Coach certification plans.
Our feedback tool is based on The Performance Curve model, which is the key difference that sets it apart from other 360-degree leadership assessments. The Impact 360 maps the leadership competencies to organizational culture so leaders can see the type of culture they are contributing to with their current mindsets and behaviours. As a coach, you play a key role in raising the leader’s awareness of the optimal culture they want to be creating and the actions they can take towards that.
As a coach, you must certify in Impact 360 before you can use the tool with your clients. This is to ensure a high-quality service is provided and the full benefits of the tool are received.
Yes, on successful completion and passing of the Impact 360 requirements and exam you will be awarded a certificate to verify your accreditation in the tool.
