We have recently been made aware of a recruitment scam where individuals posing as representatives of Performance Consultants are falsely offering job opportunities. These scammers are using email addresses similar to ours, but with small differences and are contacting people via social media, email, text, or WhatsApp.
Please be advised: these communications are not from Performance Consultants. These scammers may be attempting to deceive recipients into providing sensitive personal information or even making payments in exchange for job offers that do not exist.
To protect yourself:
Verify the sender’s email address carefully – in particular, look for spelling or domain inconsistencies (e.g. misspellings of, or additions to, our official domain @performanceconsultants.com). Our official communications only come from verified Performance Consultants email addresses.
Be cautious of unsolicited job offers or requests for personal information, particularly if they ask for any form of payment.
We never request payments as part of our recruitment process or ask for sensitive personal information at the early stages of hiring.

Requirements for a coach
Our performance coaches will work with executives and professionals on a 121 or small group basis. To become a performance coach for us, you’ll need:
- Coaching Qualifications: Professional Certified Coach or equivalent
- Coaching Experience: You must value a transformational as opposed to a transactional approach to coaching
- Business Experience: Solid business background – five years or more working in the corporate sector before going into coaching (preferred) or five years working as a coach in the business sector.
- Proven track-record of creating transformation in line with organizational goals in the business sector.
Requirement for a facilitator
Facilitators will host our training programs with groups of around 12 participants. Their role will be to support discussions and create a memorable, experiential training experience.
The minimum requirements include that of a coach as well as:
- A seasoned trainer or been facilitating for at least 3 years
- Have been trained to deliver in an experiential style
- Ideally been on a journey of personal self-development
Requirements for consulting associates
Consultants will provide expert advice and solutions for our clients, which range from SMEs to global enterprises.
To become a consultant for us you’ll need:
- Seasoned consultant with + 5 years generalist consulting experience
- Specific interest and experience in change management, leadership development, organizational design
- Facilitation skills
- Experience in safety consulting if consulting for safety-specific clients
