GROW Training for Leaders provides 6 months’ access to a self-paced, on-demand Action Learning experience. A digital coaching course such as this offers a lower price point for those looking to “dip their toes” in the world of leadership coaching and is a gateway to our live facilitated courses.
Transformation Awareness for Leaders
Transformation Awareness for Leaders and Coaches (also known as Module 5) includes the mastering of the mind, the development of emotional and social intelligence, the power of acknowledgement and deepening the core coaching skills. You will be given the opportunity to take the skills of coaching and mentoring to the next level.
The “Wow Factor”: To teach people to coach, or develop a coaching leadership style, requires specialist facilitation skills and authentic coaching behaviours. Our “experiential coach facilitation” is focused on real experience instead of role play, and practical application rather than theory. Performance Coach – Gold
Advanced modules explore inner leadership, self-mastery, authenticity and whole systems transformation. After earning your Gold badge, you can earn a “double crown” certification by applying to the ICF for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.

Double Crown Certification: Coaching for Performance is a unique “double crown” certification pathway. As you progress on your coaching journey, you will be eligible to apply for your Performance Coach certification (Silver or Gold) with Performance Consultants, the pioneers of coaching in the workplace. Then on reaching the required number of coaching practice hours you can choose to apply for an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential, Association for Coaching (AC) coach accreditation or European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accreditation. Minimum requirements and application fees vary for each body.
