Tiffany’s responsibilities include major client relationships, new business development and the integration of coaching, leadership and transformation offerings.
She strongly believes in transforming organizations using a ‘whole systems’ approach. Her vision is that business becomes a facilitator of people developing to their full potential.
Tiffany has a background in international investment banking, an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and is a certified professional coach (CPCC), trained in the use of a wide range of culture and behaviour assessment tools that are applied to leaders, teams and entire organizations as part of transformation work.
True to her vision and in partnership with Sir John Whitmore, the pioneer of coaching for performance and coaching in the workplace, Tiffany was instrumental in creating PCI’s industry gold standard Coaching for Performance Programme. Tiffany developed ‘Coaching for Performance ROI’, an evaluation method that estimates return on investment for a wide range of interventions that affect behaviour change or mindset shift, from individual coaching engagement to organizational-wide culture change process.
