Tell's responsibilities include developing our core sustainability and transformation services. His vision is that business and investment become vehicles for transformation and sustainability through realizing the enormous human potential and creativity.

In the early years of the sustainability movement Tell worked for SustainAbility, the leading international think tank and strategy consultancy for corporate sustainability and responsibility. There, he experienced and contributed to the global shift in awareness in the business community from environmental compliance to corporate sustainability and sustainable investment.

He has advised multinational companies and organizations such as: Allianz, Abbott Laboratories, AstraZeneca, Aventis, BASF, Bayer, BMW, Canon, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Post, Deutsche Telekom, European Patent Office, IKEA, Intel, HP, Microsoft, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, SABMiller, Schering, Shell, Sony, Toyota and Volkswagen.
