  • I’ve already completed the Bronze Award/Module 1 – what now?

    If you’ve already completed Module 1 (also called Bronze Award or Foundation) with us, you can continue on the Performance Coach Pathway up to Silver (3 more modules) or Gold (4 more modules) as detailed on this page.

  • Who will be hosting and teaching the program?

    All of Performance Consultants trainers are accredited and experienced coaches, many with specific additional experience in coaching mentoring, supervision and advanced coaching topics.

  • I would like the training but I don’t want to be certified – what are my options?

    You can complete the Coaching for Performance program and modules without gaining a certification. You’ll only receive certification if you complete your coaching hours and pass your ICF exam.

    If you’re looking for coaching training for leadership development, our Transformational Leader program may be a better fit.

  • What are the minimum requirements of attending the program?

    For most, you’ll need to have completed the prior module before moving on to the next. In some cases we can make exceptions – just email us to discuss.

    If you have taken an “Introduction to Coaching” or similar Beginner level course with another organization, get in touch and we’ll help you continue your journey with the right path for you.

     

  • What languages can this program be delivered in?

    Corporate Cohorts only (company wanting to train and certify internal coaches): we can deliver this program in over 20 different languages, get in contact with us to discuss your needs.

    Open programs (for individuals) are delivered in English only.

  • What materials are provided in the program?

    Learning is supported by the world #1 coaching book Coaching for Performance that is written by our Founder, Sir John Whitmore, as well as the course booklet, practice assignments, follow-up workshops and our online learning platform Performance Hub which includes video demos, exercises and worksheets.

  • Who are the other participants on the program?

    You will join a group of peers from around the globe, from diverse backgrounds and industry sectors. Your fellow participants will include aspiring coaches from a variety of backgrounds: corporate leaders, people professionals, non-profit and public bodies professionals, executives and board members, as well as high-potential emerging leaders.

  • What will I be awarded on completion of this program?

    On completion of the first module of this program you will be awarded a ‘Bronze’ certification badge.

     

    On completion of modules 1-3 (intermediate), you will receive a ‘Silver’ Certified Performance Coach certification and have the option to apply for your ICF accreditation. This is the best route to becoming a fully certified ICF or ACC coach.

     

    On completion of all 5 modules you will have the option to apply to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF. You will also receive the ‘gold’ certification badge.

  • How do I bring this into my organization?

  • Is this training ICF accredited?

    The Performance Coach Certification is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the largest global accreditation body with over 130 local chapters around the world. The Silver Certification is an ICF Level 1 Accredited program to ACC, and the Gold Certification is an ICF Portfolio route to PCC. Our trainings are also recognized by the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
