Can I buy GROW Essentials™ just for myself?
GROW Essentials™ is meant for learners’ cohorts within organizations, and unfortunately we are not able to offer individual licenses at this stage.

Do participants receive any certification?
Upon completion, learners will receive a Certificate of Professional Development and a digital badge via the Credly, that they can proudly displayed on social networks (such as LinkedIn) and on emails.
Are there pre-requisites to the program?
No, there are no pre-requisites for GROW Essentials™.
It has been designed for complete beginners, and it requires no previous knowledge of coaching.Is there development beyond GROW Essentials™?
Yes, GROW Essentials™ can be a gateway to either leadership development or professional coach training.
