PCI’s organization and business coaching certification is designed for people who want to coach in organizations. Our Coach Certification Pathway offers a unique opportunity to develop authentic and powerful coaching skills which integrate performance and purpose.
Aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF)
Whether you are a novice coach looking to achieve certification or an advanced coach looking for CPD we have a program to suit you. The three-level Coaching for Performance coach-training programme is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification process. On completion of the training and fulfilment of additional requirements, you will be eligible to apply for ICF certification via the Portfolio Approach and receive Performance Consultants International (PCI) Certified Coach status.

ICF Portfolio Approach
Performance Consultants has selected to adopt the Portfolio Approach to the ICF as it allows greater content flexibility which allows us to focus on performance coaching in an organization as opposed to life-coaching. Coaching for Performance is unique in that it is specifically designed for coaching in organizations, and organization and business coaching certification. The Portfolio Approach also has the flexibility that enables students to account for any previous coach training if it is ICF-aligned.
World-Class Coach Training and Support
In addition to the world-class coach training you will receive in order to gain your organization and business coaching certification, your training is aided by paired practice Coaching Assignments, Supervision Calls and a 140-page Coaching Skills Reference Manual. Certification also requires 10 sessions with an ICF accredited coach - to meet this criteria we run Group Mentor Calls in which you will hone your coaching skills with a professional coach in preparation for the oral coaching exam.
