True to her vision and in partnership with Sir John Whitmore, the pioneer of coaching for performance and coaching in the workplace, Tiffany was instrumental in creating PCI’s industry gold standard Coaching for Performance Programme. Tiffany developed ‘Coaching for Performance ROI’, an evaluation method that estimates return on investment for a wide range of interventions that affect behaviour change or mindset shift, from individual coaching engagement to organizational-wide culture change process. She works with clients to develop bespoke evaluation methods that link into client’s KPIs and their strategy.Current
Currently Tiffany is working on building a bridge for coaches with powerful coaching skills to the deep transformation work in the Transformational Leadership Series. With a proven track record in organizations and championed by CEOs and Change Agents the world over who have experienced it, coaches are finding that this adds an extraordinarily powerful basis for their work.Background
Tiffany has a background in international investment banking, having worked in London and New York, an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy, and is a certified professional coach (CPCC) trained in the use of a wide range of culture and behaviour assessment tools that are applied to leaders, teams and entire organizations as part of transformation work.
