About the seminar

Sir John used practical interpersonal exercises to uncover the leader that exists within us all. Participants found ways of overcoming internal obstacles and unblocking the leadership potential that resides within every human being. He showed that coaching is a powerful tool for developing leadership and employee performance beyond the typical skill and motivational approaches to professional development.
