There is a serious shortage of visionary leadership in the world today. Leaders in all sectors are now facing unprecedental challenges - globalisation, emerging technology, changing markets, litigation, staff expectations, and enviromental sustainability. Corporate amd government leaders have a major responsibility to cange the state of our workplace, our community and our world.

This program aims to provide leaders of tomorrow with the new competencies they need to better respond to the shifting sands that beset the corporate world and the public sector today. Traditionally authoritarian leadership is obsolete and new skills

Other transpersonal tools and techniques are invaluable in helping people to discover the power and effectiveness of their source, in other words, of who they really are. This core within ourselves is the fountain from which true values and qualities emerge and if there is ever a time at which humanity needs to find its values and qualities, it is now.

Who should attend

Senior executives and change agents whose intention is to drive their organisation from good to great, and to ensure long term financial, social and environmental sustainability. We recommend that the top team of an organisation attends together as a group to fast track both individual and organisational development by creating shared vision, values and action plans.

Program Description

This three part experiental program will assess the performance drivers and barriers of the individual leaders and define the contextual challenges that they face within their organisations. It will enable each participant to discover and develop their own unique leadership qualities, with the potential to activate the peak performance of their teams and organisations.

We leverage "Whole System Change" principles to address the corporate, social and global context of new leadership applications. We use sport as a learning metaphor on the program, and employ a non-prescriptive coaching method, based upon the ground breaking Inner Game principles, developed by Tim Gallwey.

The Inner Game is a natural system of learning first applied in sports such as tennis, skiing and golf, before being taken into the corporate world by Sir John Whitmore. Sir John has personally trained some of the leading organisations in the world, such as McKinsey, Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Barclays, Lloyds, Rolls Royce, British Airways, Nova Nordisk and Roche.
