Top Team Alignment
The quality and speed of decisions made by the Top Team of an organization ultimately determines the future of your organization. It is therefore vital that the members of the Top Team are well-aligned, communicate freely, understand how to execute given the mutually agreed decisions and also regularly renew themselves with fresh ideas and find ways to connect to and collaborate with each other.

First, a thorough understanding of the prevailing current mindset and behaviour of the Top Team is helpful. Interview and diagnostic tools can be used to tailor the intervention. The objective is to create a link between business direction and the team dynamics.

Secondly, workshops are designed that are highly engaging and also challenge the group to be at their best. The facilitators are trained to connect analytical thinking with the inter/intrapersonal aspects of the team in order to foster fundamental insights and learning.
