Coaching for Performance: The Industry Gold Standard

Coaching for Performance is the industry gold standard executive coaching training for leaders, managers and coaches of organizations. Aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) certification process, it is a three-level open-enrolment programme that is specifically designed for executives who want to develop a coaching style of management and coaches who want to further develop their executive coaching skills.

Level 1 | Coaching for Performance (Foundation)

(2 days)

Coaching for Performance Level 1 is a two-day training programme that will introduce you to the principles and practice of performance coaching and allow you to discover the true power of coaching within organizations. You will develop valuable new skills, tools and behaviours that can create success in any profession. An experiential focus on coaching practice, with feedback from experienced trainers.

Level 2 | Intermediate Coach Training for Performance and Purpose

Module 1 (2 days) + Module 2 (2 days)

Coaching for Performance Level 2 is a two-module training programme which builds on the existing coaching foundations by developing and enhancing skills and exploring the change process from a deeper level. Observed practice provides the opportunity to develop advanced coaching skills.

Level 3 | Advanced Coach Training for Transformational Change

Module 1 (3 days) + Module 2 (3 days) + Module 3 (2 days)

Coaching for Performance Level 3 modules take executive coaching to the level of transformation. All these advanced modules can be taken as a one-off in support of continuing professional development or when taken together, fulfil the required training hours for the advanced levels of our Coach Certification Pathway.

Module 1: Transformation Skills for Leaders and Coaches – the first level of our Leadership courses, this module explores inner leadership, self mastery, authenticity and whole systems transformation.

Module 2: Coaching for Transformative Change – a three-day module that takes an in depth look at the neuroscience of human change and its application within coaching practice.

Module 3: Advanced Transformational Coaching – a two-day module that reviews and builds on advanced coaching competencies to help develop coaching mastery and enable coaches to create sustained excellence and maximum performance.

Certification

Our Coach Certification Pathway offers a unique opportunity for you to develop authentic and powerful coaching skills that integrate performance and purpose, and gain an internationally recognized professional coaching credential that will give you credibility around the world.

The Coaching for Performance curriculum is aligned with the ICF professional coaching certification process. On attending and successfully completing the course requirements for each level of Coaching for Performance you will receive a Certificate of Professional Development (CDP) noting the hours you have completed. These contribute to the coach-specific training hours required for a Portfolio application for an ICF Credential.

International Peer Group

The executive coaching training offers a unique opportunity to develop authentic and powerful coaching and leadership in organizations which integrates performance and purpose. Your participant group will be a community of senior-level peers from around the globe. Coaching for Performance is especially suitable for:
