Mentoring
Overview
Mentoring is for senior executives and high potential candidates seeking guidance from a more experienced individual.

It has its origins in the concept of apprenticeship when an older, more experienced individual passes down his knowledge of how the task is done and how to operate in the commercial world. Mentoring can be used to:

• increase knowledge and therefore performance
• help deliver successfully in challenging environments or crisis
• discover new avenues and resolve complex and difficult situations.

Our mentors work across all sectors.

About Our Mentors
