Coaching Certification
Overview
Coaching certification is paramount to your standing with clients and with the industry as a whole. Coaching certification will be increasing required by clients seeking higher and higher standards from external providers as well as employees wishing to add coaching to their skill set. Globally we are increasing noticing that not only individuals are requiring coaching certification but equally organizations as a benchmark for providers and vendors.Coaching for Performance (CfP) is intended as the gold standard for people who want to learn to coach in organizations. Based on Sir John Whitmore’s life work, this 3-level programme focuses on coaching in the workplace. Available as an open course and as an in-house course which can be tailored to meet specific organizational objectives, this unique programme responds to an urgent global need for a radical new type of leadership, management and personal awareness in organizations.
The curriculum is aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) professional certification process and teaches coaching skills in accordance with the ICF’s Core Coaching Competencies. On completion of the course requirements for each level of CfP, you will receive a Certificate of Professional Development. By fulfilling a number of additional coach certification requirements, you can go on to follow Performance Consultants International (PCI)'s Coach Certification Pathway and/or submit a Portfolio Application for ICF certification.
