Executive Coach Training
Overview
For people who want to coach in organisations

“Coaching is more than a skill or a technique for individual and team development. It is invaluable for task performance and delegation. Most importantly, it places people at the top of the agenda in action not just in word and is an essential management style of the high-performing company culture of the future”
Sir John Whitmore, Coaching for Performance, 2008

Overview

Executive Coach Training is designed for managers and leaders, independent consultants, coaches and HR professionals. It is structured to develop your coaching skills to an advanced level so that you, your colleagues, clients and ultimately the organisation achieve high performance.

You will develop strong leadership skills and an authentic coaching style that will become the expression of a performance coaching culture within the organisation and beyond.

It provides you with the opportunity to learn, understand and practise high-quality coaching skills in real-life situations. You will explore the thinking that underlies your approach to decision-making, and that of your colleagues and clients. You will be able to help teams and individuals develop their insights and ideas and bring organisational values truly alive. The training is an incredible and exciting learning journey for all.

Programme Objectives

The objectives of the Executive Coach Training programme are to:

  • Respond to the urgent need for a radical new type of leadership and management in organisations

  • Initiate and guide you through the shift from hierarchical management to collaborative structures with fully engaged and mobilized collective intelligence of employees at all levels; creating high awareness, self-responsibility, passion and joy of all staff leading to superior performing teams and organisations

  • Grow ‘leaders of tomorrow’ – authentic, adaptable and agile, with broader vision, more inclusive values and cutting-edge, whole-systems thinking in strategy and sustainability
  • Allow participants to gain deep personal insight regarding their own part in this transformation, now and into the future

  • Facilitate your yearning to nurture your growth, to find meaning and realize your potential. You will make your private identity stand equal with your corporate identity, where both are aligned and not at the expense of the other and where respect is truly given both ways
