Overview

The Executive Commitee are the stewards of the Groups intrinsic value. The overall guidelines and specific parameters for each business Group is set by them.

The Committee is chaired by the Chief Executive and currently comprises the Executive Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Major Business Group Heads.
