Performance Consultants offers executive coaching courses and one-to-one coaching for individuals at all levels. Expertly designed by the pioneers of coaching, leadership development and transformation, each Performance Consultants executive coaching course follows an experiential style of training and employs accelerated learning techniques. Our approach is to facilitate learning rather than to teach. Our facilitators enact authentic coaching behaviours and leadership qualities and keep the training lively and inspiring so that learning, performance and enjoyment are maximized.

The experiential style of our programmes and a careful balance between content and participation creates higher awareness and responsibility and generates new skills and long-term understanding and behaviour change. We train individuals to coach at the transformational (not transactional) level and gain accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) via their Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) pathway.

An Executive Coaching Course to Suit Your Needs

The foundation of our programmes is Coaching for Performance (C4P), the industry gold standard training programme for people who want to coach in organizations. It is designed for managers wanting to develop a coaching style of leadership, spearhead organizational change and retain and develop talent, and for individuals looking to become an independent certified executive coach. Levels 1, 2 and 3 can be attended in person. Levels 1 and 2 can also be completed via distance learning. Foreign language options and support available.

Certification

Our executive coaching courses are aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification process. The training hours count as Coach-Specific Training hours if you wish to apply for ICF Accreditation via their Portfolio Approach.
