Overview

Performance Consultants International was formed in 2006 by Sir John Whitmore and David Brown, aspiring to be an international specialist advisory, coaching, leadership and transformation firm of the highest quality and reputation. Our central purpose is to share the best leadership, social responsibility and other people skills among different countries and cultures for a sustainable future for all.

From the United Kingdom we provide a full range of related products and services and internationally we focus on selected markets where we are able to provide special qualities and value to our clients.

Experience & Expertise

	John Duggan John is former Chairman and CEO of Gazeley Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wal-Mart and a leading European developer of warehouse space. He has 28 years of experience in real estate, working in the construction, house-building, real estate development and retail sectors.
	John Whitmore John is Executive Chairman of Performance Consultants. He is a pre-eminent thinker in leadership and organisational development, and has been coaching for over 30 years and is author of the best-selling Coaching for Performance.
	Patrick Murphy Patrick has over 30 years' experience with the airline industry including Chairman of the Board of Ryanair - the low cost airline - and more recently as Director, Corporate Development with the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
	David Sanders David provides advisory business expertise and strategic management advice to Board and Senior Management. As well as a successful track record as an entrepreneur, he has over fifteen 15 years' experience as a strategy consultancy.
	Tell Muenzing Tell is an Executive Director of Performance Consultants International. His key responsibilities are client relationships, the integration of our business areas, and the development of our core transformation services in line with our vision.
	Oliver Dudok van Heel Oliver particular focus is on working with senior executives in integrating sustainable development within large organisations. He works within the public and private sectors to integrate sustainable development within organisational strategy.
	David Hemery CBE David is a Senior Facilitator in both the Coaching and Leadership Group. He is very highly regarded and is currently working closely with Lord Coe and Colin Moynihan as Vice Chairman of the British Olympic Association to capture the spirit of the Olympics
	Gita Bellin Gita is a leading figure in the global focus on transformation. She has worked with some of the world's largest organisations in assisting them to transform into examples of 21st Century Leadership. She uses personal transformation to create the energy for transforming an organization's culture.
	Rob Mallick Rob specializes in facilitating top-team mindset and capability transformation. He was a lead player in the research initiative within McKinsey and clients into understanding the drivers of human performance and organizational culture, particularly focusing on how individual and group behaviour and their underlying mindsets can be transformed.
