Executive Coach and Management Development Trainer

Silvia has been an executive coach and a management development trainer to major companies for more than 10 years working internationally. Her focus is on providing effective executive coaching and training, and successful strategic change and leadership programs linked with business benefits.

Organisational Behaviour and Change

Silvia is co-author of one of the first books on Executive Coaching published in Italian in 2003 by Il Sole 24Ore. She is visiting Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Change on the MBA of City University Business School of
London, part of the Faculty of The Academy of Executive Coaching in UK and Director of the European Diploma in Executive Coaching (ACTP).
Silvia can coach in Italian and English.

Examples of current coaching work include:

• Enabling a Management Team to refocus and build following a change in competitive environment through team and individual coaching.
• Working with a MD in a multi-national company to achieve effective cultural shift in order to ensure growth.
• Supporting a Business Development Director of a major telecom company through internal and external relations issues to ensure self-directed effectiveness and career progress.
• Developing an internal director candidate into the role of managing director saving external recruitment costs.

Experience & Professionalism

Silvia has worked and lived internationally, primarily in UK, Europe and USA. She is Partner of The Change Partnership Italy and a was senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London specialising in strategic change, with particular regard to organisational, cultural and behavioural implications of major change situations. Her experience of working at board and managerial levels ranges from leadership coaching and cross-cultural integration to communication and project management. She also worked as HR Manager for 2 medium size companies in the outsourcing market. Before entering the management development and coaching field, Silvia was a medical doctor for 3 years.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from City University Business School of London, and she is a Graduate with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Silvia also teaches in two Masters in HRM and Communications in Italy, she is a certified coach to interpret the MBTI and the Birkman Methods, and a
trainer in NLP. She is Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and President of the ICF Italy.
