Experience Philippe Rosinski is the first European
to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
He was also the initiator and the president of the first European Executive Coaching
Summit. Philippe currently serves on the first International Board of Advisors
of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. He is principal of
Rosinski & Company, a global consulting firm that helps leaders, teams and organizations
unleash their human potential to achieve high performance together with high fulfillment.
Previously, he was the Director of Custom Programs at the Center for Creative
Leadership Europe. His goal is to help people honor their true desires,
live happier and more productive lives. His approach fosters genuine commitment,
essential for sustainable peak performance. It enables people to build thriving
teams and organizations, and to bring a constructive contribution to society.
Prior to his book Coaching Across Cultures, his articles Leading for
Joy and Constructive Politics had already shown how alternative and multiple perspectives
complement traditional coaching and leadership development approaches for maximum
impact. Philippe Rosinski has spoken on many occasions at international conferences.
In November 2003, he has successfully delivered the opening keynotes at the European
Mentoring & Coaching Conference and for the Human Resource Planning Society in
New York. Prior to his career in coaching and leadership development,
he spent six years in the engineering field as a software engineer in the Silicon
Valley, California, and as a project manager in Brussels. Philippe Rosinski
received an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique
in Brussels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
Stanford University and the Cepac post-graduate business degree from the Solvay
Business School in Brussels. He is also certified to use a broad variety of psychometric
instruments. Philippe Rosinski lives near Brussels with his wife Anne
and their daughter Arielle. He enjoys playing tennis, traveling and reading.
