Kara has personally held positions at senior executive level, including MD/CEO, leader and business consultant across a range of industries including banking, finance, IT, pharmaceuticals, shipping and design. She has worked in companies that have undergone big changes, expansion as well as closure.

She also has wide experience in the fields of organizational development, human resources and personal development. Kara coaches executives from different cultural and business backgrounds.
