Professional Experience
David has over 15 years' experience as a strategy consultant,
initially with LEK Consulting, and Roland Berger. As well as a successful track
record as an entrepreneur, he has particular expertise in strategy, finance, marketing
and M&A (mergers and acquisitions), most notably in telecoms, media, consumer
goods and energy.
He has spent most of the last
four years working on corporate strategy projects involving carbon, climate change and clean technology. He has
worked on a wide range of carbon strategy projects, not only with major companies
from a number of industries, but also with technology start-ups and public bodies.
In 2005 he worked with the Carbon Trust on the 'Climate
Change and Shareholder Value' report devising a methodology for analysing
shareholder value at risk from climate change.

15 years' experience and expertise in consulting and in business line management.
