Ability and Experience

Aliya thrives on staying at the cutting-edge of developments joining the early wave in Russia of psychoanalysis after the fall of the Iron Curtain, experiencing the early stages of investment banking in Russia, and working in the then leading company YUKOS, before stepping into the fledging coaching field in Russia.

She joined YUKOS Oil Company as it was famous for its strive for innovations. In YUKOS HR team she was one of the pioneers of personnel assessment in Russian Companies functioning as a head of the YUKOS Corporate Assessment Centre. There she acquired skills in personnel assessment and development techniques leading projects on assessment, competency design and individual development planning.

After Yukos Aliya worked in the leading consulting company SHL in Russia which produces HR assessment tools and technologies. There she was engaged in assessment projects, job analysis and competency modelling, recruitment assessment, succession planning, and development programmes for major global and local companies operating in Russia. She also delivered technological trainings on assessment and development instruments. She worked in the investment and managing companies.

Bringing cutting-edge coaching to Russia

Aliya's passion is to help people to step on the path of their personal development journey living up to their potential, and to bring the best of coaching as a development and management tool to Russian companies. As many companies still understand coaching as a way of teaching, her goal is that true coaching will be no longer a foreign word for Russian companies and their staff. She believes that her job in both corporate and life coaching helps people immensely to raise their both corporate and private life effectiveness, to find true paths in their lives, and to be masters of their lives.

Education

Aliya graduated from the Psychology Department of the Moscow State University with M.A. degree in Social Psychology in 1996, and she has a MA degree of the Institute of Foreign Languages.

She studied psychoanalysis in programmes of Moscow Psychoanalytic society and had many professional training courses in HR and coaching.
